the breakfast was acceptable. (i particularly enjoyed the selection of pastries).

the air conditioning in my room was inadequate. it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. i also encountered slow wifi connectivity issues in certain areas of the room. the front desk seemed understaffed at times, resulting in longer than expected wait times during peak hours.

Breakfast had a great variety of options. I especially liked the fresh juice bar. The gym was pleasant. It included a small running track set within greenery. Staff members were polite.

The air conditioning was very loud at high speed. The noise was still audible even on low. I was told that this was normal for all rooms. The hotel denied late checkout. I am an Accor Platinum member.
